Confirmed funding is an administrator-maintained project total. It is intentionally separate from the donation ledger because it includes major sponsorship and other commitments.

Maintain the existing shelf structure. Book publication requires administrator approval.
Existing vessel, whaler, documentary-return and visit registers remain the authoritative source files. A proposed book can carry linked register references without changing those records automatically.
Publishing is disabled until the WhaleLIBRARY document root is explicitly configured on the server.
Website, database, Node.js, Stripe webhook, SMTP, MySQL sessions and the 2.1A database schema should all show healthy before public automation is relied upon.
